1. Nature of Services; No Medical Advice
1.1 Educational Purpose Only: Medicine of Empowerment provides educational services related to health, human physiology, and well-being. Our offerings, including but not limited to Health Empowerment Seminars, workshops, and programs, are designed solely for educational purposes to empower individuals with knowledge and critical thinking skills regarding health information.
1.2 No Clinical or Medical Services: We are not licensed medical professionals providing clinical care, medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Engagement with Medicine of Empowerment, its founder, or its educational materials does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other licensed healthcare provider-patient relationship.
1.3 Consultation with Healthcare Professionals: The information provided by Medicine of Empowerment is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns, medical conditions, or before making any decisions related to their health or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained from our educational programs. Your reliance on any information provided by Medicine of Empowerment is solely at your own risk.
1.4 User Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your health and the decisions you make regarding your health. The educational content provided by Medicine of Empowerment is intended to inform and empower your understanding, not to dictate your health actions or replace personalized medical care.
1.5 Acknowledgment Requirement: Before participating in any of Medicine of Empowerment's paid offerings, you will be required to review and explicitly acknowledge our comprehensive "Important Acknowledgment" statement, which further details the educational nature of our services and disclaims any provision of medical advice or clinical care. Your participation in our programs signifies your acceptance of these terms.
