Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

At Medicine of Empowerment, we are committed to providing high-quality, impactful educational experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want our refund policy to be as clear and fair as possible for our Health Empowerment Seminars and other educational programs.

Our Refund Policy for Educational Offerings
Please review the following policy carefully before registering for any of our seminars, workshops, or programs:

Up to 14 Days Before the Program Start Date: You may request a full refund of your registration fees if your request is received in writing (via email to 30morehealth@gmail.com) no less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the seminar or program.
Within 13 Days of the Program Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 13 calendar days of the scheduled start date. This is due to the administrative costs and commitments we make in advance based on registration numbers (e.g., venue, materials, instructor scheduling).
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend a registered seminar or program ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
Partial Attendance: If you attend part of a multi-session program or leave a single-session seminar early, no partial or full refund will be provided.
Transfers:
Participant Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional charge, provided you notify us in writing at 30morehealth@gmail.com at least 3 business days before the program start date.


Program Transfer (Credit): If you are unable to attend a program you've registered for, and your cancellation falls within the 13-day non-refundable window, you may be eligible to receive a credit equal to your registration fee, which can be applied to a future Medicine of Empowerment seminar or program. This credit must be used within 12 months from the original program start date. Credit requests must be made in writing to 30morehealth@gmail.com before the original program start date.


Program Cancellation by Medicine of Empowerment: In the unlikely event that Medicine of Empowerment cancels a seminar or program, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future program date or a credit for a different program of equal value. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.


How to Request a Refund or Transfer
All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to 30morehealth@gmail.com. Please include:

Your full name
The name and date of the program you registered for
Your reason for the request (optional, but helpful for our records)
Whether you are requesting a refund, a participant transfer, or a program credit.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original method of payment.
